Attorney James Stedronsky has been successfully representing his clients' interests in Connecticut for over 30 years.
Mr Stedronsky's practice has included a large variety of law suits concerning many aspects of business, real estate, probate, zoning and personal injury. He has won law suits at all levels of Connecticut Courts including its Supreme Court.
Mr Stedronsky has represented both buyers and sellers in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. His transactions have included raw land, homes, municipal, commercial and industrial properties.
His clients have included individuals, municipal corporations, small businesses, banks, public corporations and title companies.
Education
Mr Stedronsky received his law degree from New York University School of Law, ranked as one of the top national law schools. Mr. Stedronsky received his BA, cum laude, from Williams College, continuously ranked as the top and most selective college in the country.
Mr. Stedronsky is a past president of the Litchfield County Bar Association and has lectured for numerous organizations including the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Stedronsky is the American Bar Association’s current national chair of its real estate committee on Municipal Tax Appeals.
